Felicia Y. Carter was born and raised in El Centro, CA. She is the daughter of Benny and Betty Lou Carter. She is a mother of three wonderful children Benny Carter (Michelle), Arey Marquez, and Daryus Brezial (aka B.A.D.). She is a grandmother to 3 amazing grandchildren and the oldest sister to Sonia and Karen Carter and an Aunt (Mama Fee) to her nieces and nephews.
Felicia has been working with the State of California for 12 years. In 2013, became a licensed Evangelist and in 2018 she became a licensed Minister of the Gospel and has had the opportunity to preach and teach God’s Word. In 2018 Felicia became an Independent Consultant for Paparazzi $5 jewelry, naming her business Making Bling Happen. She is now at the Director level. Also, in 2018, Felicia studied to become a Certified Life Coach. She is also certified in the following specialties Group Life Coach, Sports Life Coach, Relationship Life Coach, Child Development Life Coach, Manifestation Inserter and Vision Board Workshop Facilitator becoming the CEO of Making Life Happen Life Coaching by Felicia Carter. In 2020 she stated her bling t-shirt and mask business becoming the CEO of Fee’z All About That Bling. Also, in 2020 Felicia is a Board Member for the Imperial Valley LGBTQ.
Throughout life, Felicia has had the opportunity to mentor, coach, and inspire people across the United States. She has a love for helping everyone she can. The one thing Felicia will always be known for is her smile, encouraging everyone she comes in contact with and always praying for everyone. A few things Felicia loves to do in her down time include spending time with family and friends, playing with her grand-kids, cooking, having BBQ’s, baking, watching Christmas movies and watching football.
